Unfilter Using Mods It has been almost 2 years since I stopped working with Amanda and I am still maintaining my weight, muscle definition and overall satisfaction with my body image. I can’t thank Amanda enough for opening my eyes to a new way of food thinking. I have found something that I can maintain and control and it has made all the difference. I learned how important serving sizes are, how important reading food labels are, what makes my body run smoothly, and what doesn’t-how to successfully go out to dinner and still enjoy the foods you love, the list goes on. As I continued with Amanda I gained so much more knowledge – I learned how to make this a life style change, not just a fad diet. I thought, this is something I can maintain and I’m seeing results. It didn’t happen overnight, it was a slow gradual process but it was a process that I was able to wrap my head around and understand the impact of what I put in my mouth. I started to see the muscle definition and the change I had been looking for. I have been on every diet there has been, with no sustainable results. For this I can’t thank Amanda enough for all her help in my success.

Cindy Amanda’s program is the true medicine I needed, and I am so blessed I took the chance and put in the work. The best part is, it included increasing my sleep, decreasing my workout time and increasing my caloric intake - not bad if you ask me! More than the weight though, I see the true change in my relationship with food and what it does to fuel my body, mind and soul.
